Fixes

-Burn can no longer effect Fire-Types
-You can now start the `Going for the Gold´Quest by talking to Timothy in the Mirage City Gym
-Two people talking to a Nurse Joy would cause her to glitch. This should be fixed now.
-Blaze and Torrent were working, but missing icons.
-Attempted to fix the problem with Thunderbolt´s Jolt iconstate stoping sleep status
