Combined Level Cap: 300

Banned Pokemon: ALL RARES

Banned Moves: Agility, Growl, Leer, Synthesis, Rain Dance, Sunny Day, Scary Face, Growth, Hypnosis, Dream Eater, Tail Whip, Defence Curl, Harden, Reflect, Charm, Sweet Kiss, Confuse Ray, Supersonic, Sleep Powder, Stun Spore, Poison Powder, Spore, Amnesia, Protect, Whirlwind, Roar, Taunt, String Shot, Splash, Sketch, Smokescreen, Leech Seed, Disable, Acid Armor, Thunder Wave, Swords Dance (if it doesn't do attacking damage, its probably banned).
